Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Payments
All subscription payments made for tools, features, or services offered by Vinaiak Finance are final and non-refundable.
Please review the features and billing terms carefully before making any payments.
2. Workshop and Event Refunds
- Requests for refunds will only be considered if submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or workshop.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 20-30 business days.
- Refunds are not available for missed sessions or partial attendance.
3. Batch Transfers and Substitutions
- Participants may request a batch change or seat transfer to another individual up to 48 hours before the workshop starts.
- If the new batch has a higher fee, the difference must be paid in advance. No refunds for lower-cost batches; a credit note may be issued instead.
- Completion certificates will only be issued to the person who actually attends the full session.
