Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments made for tools, features, or services offered by Vinaiak Finance are final and non-refundable.

Please review the features and billing terms carefully before making any payments.

Requests for refunds will only be considered if submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or workshop.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 20-30 business days.
Refunds are not available for missed sessions or partial attendance.

Participants may request a batch change or seat transfer to another individual up to 48 hours before the workshop starts.
If the new batch has a higher fee, the difference must be paid in advance. No refunds for lower-cost batches; a credit note may be issued instead.
Completion certificates will only be issued to the person who actually attends the full session.
